WHY DO WE NEED YOUR HELP?

As of March of 2014 Mike's kidney function had declined so much that he was listed on the organ transplant waiting list and was able to start looking for a willing and able living donor.  In September of 2014, almost on their 5th wedding anniversary, Mike's wife, Samantha, was approved as a donor and it seemed almost too good to be true!  Sadly, it was.  During routine updates of the required donor testing it was discovered that Samantha's kidney function had declined to just under what is required to both donate and keep her going to a ripe old age.  Now, Mike is in need of a kidney, likely in the next 12 months, and we need to start over again finding a donor.

WE are Mike's family - Samantha (Mike's wife), Kathy (Mike's sister), Susan, Ed, Lindsley & Bailey (Mike's in-laws), Sandy (Mike's mother) and Susan (Mike's step-mother) and many other devoted family members and friends.  We're lucky we have such a great & loving support team, but we've been unable to give him the one thing he needs:

A KIDNEY.
